Part-Time Marketing Specialist – Memphis Drone Washing

Position Summary:
Memphis Drone Washing seeks a motivated and creative part-time Marketing Specialist to help grow our innovative drone-based exterior cleaning business. You'll manage social media marketing, conduct outreach to interested businesses, create engaging email marketing campaigns, and assist with signing new clients.
No prior drone experience? No problem! We'll teach you about our business from the ground up and even help you obtain your FAA drone license (Part 107 certification). Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely with company-provided phone and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to boost brand visibility and engagement.?
- Client Outreach: Contact businesses that have expressed interest in our services to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.?
- Email Marketing: Create and implement email campaigns to promote services, share industry insights, and maintain client relationships.?
- Client Acquisition: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute plans for signing new clients.?
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the technology or service industry.?
- Drone experience is not needed but preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.?
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.?
Compensation:
This is a part-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of up to $20/hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based commissions structured as follows:
- First 3 clients per month: 5% commission per signed client
- Clients 4–6 per month: 7% commission per client
- Clients 7+ per month: 10% commission per additional client signed
Additionally, candidates interested in assisting with fieldwork (optional) can earn $25–$30/hr based on tasks performed.
