Customer Service and Sign Production

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive and direct incoming phone calls, as well as, greeting arriving customers.
  • Provide price quotes to arriving customers via email / phone.
  • Recommend products to customers.
  • Providing digital imaging services, which includes operating various copy / print equipment.
  • Contact customers to coordinate product pick-ups or installations.
  • Operating and maintaining production equipment and aiding in sign production when needed.
  • Participating in a weekly rotation of cleaning duties to include sweeping, mopping, bathroom maintenance.
Essential Abilities
  • Learn to operate a variety of computerized equipment
  • Professionalism and consideration for customers and other team members
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Correct usage grammar in writing and speaking
  • Follow instructions from supervisors
  • Report to work regularly and maintain established business hours
  • Coordinate effectively with other team members
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 2+ years of specialized experience
  • Basic computer skills

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30
