Property Manager

This position is responsible for the general oversight and all day-to-day operations of property management for SHSM Housing Corporation including, but not limited to: processing rental applications, coordinating move-in and move-outs, processing payments, managing delinquincies, performing inspections, billing for damages, requesting maintenance, recertifiying leases, completing daily, monthly and yearly reports, as well as other duties as defined or requested.

 

Required Education and Experience:

•  Understanding of the vision and values of SHSM and its Housing Corporation, with a commitment to achieving the goals of the organization.

•  High School diploma or equivilant with 3-5 years of related experience and knowledge of low-income and fair housing regulations. Associate degree preferred.

•  Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication and decision-making skills.

•  Computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

•  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and establish/meet deadlines.

•  Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

•  3-years experience on OneSite or YARDI required.
