Member Services/Teller/Receptionist
Normal Duties: (May include all or a portion of the following) • process cash and share transactions • answer incoming phone calls, process, and/or transfer as required. • account for all monies, balance daily cash drawer with computerized system • process loan payments • assist with promotional mailings, statement printing & mailing. • file correspondence, loan folders, etc. • open new member accounts • track OFAC and member ID requirements • scan daily/monthly work files of ACH, ATM & share draft distribution. • develop a working knowledge of the credit union electronic data system • assist in any area as directed by Manager. • develop an understanding of credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws, and operational procedures. • Any/all other duties as needed. Qualifications: • Education— minimum high school graduate Other: • pleasant and neat appearance • mature, out-going personality • good conversationalist, interested in people • typing skills • good attitude • some teller, cashier and/or bookkeeping knowledge
