Bilingual Sales Representative

Rapidly-expanding in the Olive Branch area, we are seeking a friendly and motivated individual with sales experience. Retail and Store Management experience a plus.

As a Sales Representative, you will:
Implement strategic sales programs to increase company revenue with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:
? Create, manage and execute plans to increase sales and conversion percentages
? Organize sales daily activities
? Meet specific sales goals for business performance and customer satisfaction
? Gauge business performance by monitoring weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and financial reports
? Offer enthusiastic and knowledgeable sales guidance to customers
? Collaborate with coworkers within the business
? Educate customers on pricing options, features and benefits
? Review expired accounts and respectfully communicate with customers to promote timely payments
? Network to gain referrals
Qualifications


? 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
? Exceptional communication skills with ability to effectively explain products and services
? Friendly and engaging attitude
? Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
? Proficiency in a Windows operating system
? Associates degree preferred
