Benefit of membership.  Your membership allows you one reservations.  Anything over that will be at a cost of $20 (except for all lunch sponsors).

Must RSVP by Noon on February 4th, 2012


Due to increased catering cost and the increase in the attendance reservations that are made and not cancelled a fee will now be enforced.  If a reservation is made and not cancelled by Monday at Noon you will be invoiced $20 if you do not attend. 
 
Also, Whispering Woods requires us to give them a final count at noon on the Friday before the luncheon so any reservations made after that time will be put on a waiting list and as people cancel we will let you know there is an available reservation for you to attend.
